Officially issued by Central Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics in 1994 medals minted from flown metal of space station MIR launch rockets that carried the modules to orbit. Three different medals were made. Yuri Gagarin/Vostok-1 first manned flight, orbital station MIR and orbital space ship BURAN. Reverse side of each medal depicts official logo-emblem of Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics. Medals included certificates.
